Jadu Forms: Integrated Components

An Integrated Component brings data into your form from an external source.

Below are the Integrated Components available in Jadu Forms at the University of Minnesota. The data source is listed in parentheses after the name. Peoplesoft is indicated by (PS) and the PAN Database for U Services is listed as (PAN). The Integrated Components are organized into the following categories:

  • The Form Fields section describes what will be shown on your form when the integrated component is used.
  • The Data section describes what will be available in logic, prefills and action templates when the integrated component is used.

General (Available To Everyone)

 

Name

Description

UMN Address Mailing (PS)

Displays the mailing address for the currently logged in user. If there is no mailing address, the field will be empty.

UMN Country (PS)

Displays a list of countries in a dropdown list.

UMN Department Z (PS)

Displays the z-department of the currently logged in user.

UMN Email (PS)

Displays the email of the currently logged in user.

UMN Employee ID (PS)

Displays the employee id of the currently logged in user.

UMN Internet ID (PS)

Displays the internet id for the currently logged in user.

UMN Name First (PS)

Displays the first name of the currently logged in user.

UMN Name Full (PS)

Displays the full name of the currently logged in user.

UMN Name Last (PS)

Displays the last name of the currently logged in user.

UMN Name Middle (PS)

Displays the middle name of the currently logged in user.

UMN Person Lookup Allows submitters to search for a person by entering either an Internet ID or emplid and displays the person's Preferred Name and Email Address.

UMN Staff Position (PS)

Displays the position of the currently logged in user if they are a staff member. Field will remain empty if the currently logged in user isn't a staff member.

UMN Supervisor Allows submitters to select their current supervisor from a dropdown list.

ADM School Lookup (PS)

Allows a user to search for and select a school to get the associated school code.

Student Financials

SF Direct Deposit Status (PS)

Displays the student financials direct deposit status of the currently logged in student. Returns a result of Active or Not Active .

Student Records

SR - Admit Date - Undergrad (PS)

Displays the undergraduate admit date for the currently logged in student. If the currently logged in user isn t a student, the field will be empty.

SR - Admit Term - Undergrad (PS)

Displays the undergraduate admit term for the currently logged in student. If the currently logged in user isn t a student, the field will be empty.

SR - Admit Type - Undergrad (PS)

Displays the undergraduate admit type for the currently logged in student. If the currently logged in user isn t a student, the field will be empty.

SR - Aid Year (PS)

Displays the aid year based on the campus ID, career ID and term ID.

SR - College/Major Lookup (PS)

Allows a user to first select a college from a list. Once the college is selected, another dropdown will appear with a list of majors that are in that college. The user will then select a major from this list.

SR - Dropped Enrollment (PS)

Allows a currently logged in user to select a course from a list of courses that they are currently enrolled in. After course selection, various data points about the course are available in hidden fields. If the currently logged in user does not have any active courses, the dropdown list will be empty.

SR - Plan/SubPlan Display (PS)

Displays a read-only list of plans/subplans for the currently logged in user. If the currently logged in user doesn't have a plan/subplan, the table will not appear.

SR Plan Information (PS)

Allows a currently logged in user to select a plan from a list of their currently active plans. After the plan is selected, additional information about the plan will be populated. If the currently logged in user does not have an active plan, the dropdown list will be empty.

SR Term Selector (PS)

Allows a user to select a term from a list of terms defined by the form builder.

USERV Active Position Lookup (PAN)

Allows a user to search for a position that is in the PAN database by selecting any combination of department, job code, and position id.

USERV Position Detail Craft (PAN)

Displays the craft of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV Position Detail Crew (PAN)

Displays the crew of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV Position Detail Job Code (PAN)

Displays the job code of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV Position Detail Site (PAN)

Displays the site of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV Position Detail Supervisor (PAN)

Displays the supervisor of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV Position Detail UM Title (PAN)

Displays the um title of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV - D - Position Detail - Union (PAN)

Displays the union of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.

USERV - D - Position Detail - Warehouse (PAN)

Displays the warehouse of the currently selected position. If the position doesn't exist, the field will be empty.
