Overview

Voice-only communication tools are available for University call centers, facilities, and employees by request. Voice-only (telephone) tools include:

  • soft phones: software that enables you to make voice-only calls via the internet from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • desk phones: specialized phone hardware that enables internet telephone calls.
  • analog phones: for facilities that need a telephone for emergency (fire, life, and safety), analog phones with an uninterrupted power source are available.
