The TeamDynamix platform has two main areas: the Client Portal and Users (TDNext).
- Client Portal: where request forms "live" and what the user will see when they fill out your form.
- Users (TDNext): where you will do your work with the forms after they are filled out by the user.
Group and Supervisor Approvers will be able to log in to both areas of TDX. Individual Approvers and Key Contacts will be able to log into the Client Portal.
If you have access to both sides of the tool, you can navigate between the two sides without logging out and logging back in.
Going from Users (TDNext) into the Client Portal
The TDNext area of the tool is where you see the tabs for different work areas across the top:
- Click on the Applications Menu icon to the left of the tabs. A menu with many different icons will appear below the Application Menu icon.
- Click on the Client Portal icon. The Client Portal will open in a new browser window.
- Click into either browser tab to navigate between both areas of the tool as you need to.
Going from the Client Portal to Users (TDNext)
The Client Portal area will always have the Services and Knowledge Base options at the top of the page underneath the U of M logo.
- Click on your user name in the top, right corner of the banner area.
- Select TDNext from the User Profile menu. The TDNext application will open in a new tab in the browser window.
- Click into either browser tab to navigate between both areas of the tool as you need to.
