TDX Approvers: Navigate between Users (Work Management) and Client Portal

The TeamDynamix platform has two main areas: the Client Portal and Users (Work Management).

• Client Portal: where request forms "live" and what the user will see when they fill out your form.
• Users (Work Management): where you will do your work with the forms after they are filled out by the user.

Group and Supervisor Approvers will be able to log in to both areas of TDX. Individual Approvers and Key Contacts will be able to log into the Client Portal.

If you have access to both sides of the tool, you can navigate between the two sides without logging out and logging back in.

Going from Users (Work Management) into the Client Portal

You can navigate to the Client Portal from Users (Work Management).

1. Click View Applications at the top. A menu with icons will appear below.
   
2. Select the Client Portal icon. The Client Portal will open in a new browser window.
   
3. Click into either browser tab to navigate between both areas of the tool as you need to.
   

Going from the Client Portal to Users (Work Management)

The Client Portal area will always have the Services and Knowledge Base options at the top of the page underneath the U of M logo.

1. Click on your user name in the top, right corner of the banner area.
   
2. Select Work Management from the User Profile menu. The Work Management application will open in a new tab in the browser window.
   
3. Click into either browser tab to navigate between both areas of the tool as you need to.
