Grouper: Set a Group Memberships Manager

A group admin might want to delegate the management of membership to another person. A Group Memberships Manager allows for a person to see the members of a group and add or remove any members. If attestation is configured for a group, a Group Memberships Manager will receive an email when it is time to attest a group.

  1. Select My groups in the Quick links section of the left navigation. A table is displayed showing all of your groups.
  2. Select the Group and select the members tab. The group information page is displayed.
  3. Select the Actions button in the last column for the person.
  4. If the person isn't a member of the group, select the Add Member button in the top right corner.
  5. Select Edit membership and privileges. The membership and privileges page is displayed for the person.
  6. Select Read and Update in the Direct Group Privileges row.

  7. Select Save. A confirmation message appears in green at the top of the page, and the list of members is displayed.
