Perceptive Experience: Processing Documents in Workflow

This document explains how to use the Perceptive Experience HTML5 web app for the Imaging System to process documents in workflow.

Note: In order to access both Perceptive Content and Perceptive Experience from off campus, you must first connect to the University Virtual Private Network (VPN).  Please visit the VPN webpage to download a supported VPN client and access set up instructions.

  1. Log into Perceptive Experience and choose "Workflow" from the home page.

  2. Choose a workflow queue from the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the page. The list of documents in the queue will display automatically. If you do not see a list on the left, click on the icon with three horizontal lines to toggle the menu on and off.

  3. Click on a document to open it. You can click on a column heading to change the sort order.

  4. The document will display. Use the toolbar at the top to route the document forward or backward as well as other functions, e.g. annotations. Mouse over a button to view its function.
