Kaltura media (video and audio) recording owners and co-editors have the ability to download the source files of their recordings. They also can decide what media recordings can be downloaded by others who have access on a per-recording basis, and when using the Rich Content Editor to add a recording to a page or other resource in Canvas.
Note of caution: When electing to make specific recordings downloadable, consider that anyone with access to that recording will be able to download it, depending on your settings.
