Date and Time Display
- Date and time is set and controlled through the telephone system.
- To adjust, call the extension number from another extension or cell phone. Let it ring at least twice. The date and time should update automatically. If the date and time does not update, please contact Technology Help to open an incident ticket.
Display Settings LCD
- The [Contrast/Volume] button is located beneath the dialing pad of the phone. Press right end to increase contrast.
- Press left end to decrease contrast. LCD adjusts for viewing by lifting up the back of the LCD.
Handset Volume Control
- Press SPKR or lift handset.
- Press [Contrast/Volume] button.
- Press right end to increase volume.
- Press left end to decrease volume. Eight step volume control.
Ring Volume Control
Ring volume switch is located on bottom of the phone.
- The tab must be removed to access the switch.
- Move the switch to desired ring volumes. (#5 is the volume control setting)
- Off (light still flashes on ring)
- Lo
- Hi
Speaker Volume Control
Volume control button is located on the front of the phone.
- Press SPKR or lift handset.
- Press [Volume Control].
- Press right end to increase volume.
- Press left end to decrease volume.
Note: When the handset, speaker or headset volume feature is selected, the volume will automatically stay at that setting for the next use.
