Voice and Data Services Management
Overview
This voice and data services management tool lets you view bills in an easy-to-use interface. Report data can be viewed online or exported for offline use. MySoft tracks monthly fees for voice services and technology consulting services so that authorized end users can view their monthly service invoices.
MySoft is also used by the OIT Voice and Data Service team to maintain a database of voice and network services for the University.
Note: The MySoft tool will be upgraded to the PCR-360 in April of 2022
Highlights
As part of the University's contract with MySoft, here are some standard features included for individual end users (both authorized users and Voice and Data team members):

- Track telephone accounts
- Search and track jack locations
- View and maintain work orders
