Heuristic Evaluations
You might wonder, “Does our product meet the standards of what makes something usable?” Heuristic Evaluations allow your team to examine your product against a set of recognized usability principles.
This service is not a replacement for talking to your users, but rather a way to find noteworthy problems and address them before users have to point them out for you.
From this process, you will learn:
- Expert methods to view your product or service from a different perspective
- Areas where your product performs well, and issues that would affect users if not addressed
- A way to get feedback when users can’t easily access or use your test server
- What issues to prepare your help desk to handle
- Where training is most needed
