A device's wireless (Wi-Fi) MAC address, also known as hardware or physical address, is used for connecting to the network.
A MAC address is a 12-character string usually formatted as XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX (or sometimes with hyphens or no punctuation) consisting of numbers and letters. Please be sure to record the full address.

Finding MAC for iOS Devices
- Open Settings.
- Select General.
- Select About.
- Scroll down to the Wi-Fi Address, this is your wireless MAC address.
Finding MAC for Android Devices
Google Devices
- Open Settings.
- Select About phone.
- Scroll down to the Device identifiers section
- The Device Wi-Fi MAC Address is your wireless MAC address.
Samsung Devices
- Open Settings.
- Select About phone.
- Select Status information.
- Scroll down to the Phone Wi-Fi MAC Address, this is your wireless MAC address.
