All articles, regardless of status, are visible to all Technicians, Group Knowledge Editors, and Global Knowledge Editors. The matrix below spells out the visibility for all consumers of TDX Knowledge. 1
- Technicians are people who have access to the Users (TDNext) area of the TeamDynamix platform.
- Client is anyone who has access to the Client Portal area of the TeamDynamix platform but not TDNext.
The matrix also spells out who can edit which articles according to the combination of their Status and Ownership.
