Targetprocess: Create a Retrospective

The Retrospective tool in Targetprocess is designed for team Iteration Retrospectives. 

This tool can also be useful to solicit feedback in a PI Inspect and Adapt (I&A) event.

Typically a Retrospective is created by a Scrum Coach or Release Train Engineer, ahead of the actual Iteration or PI I&A.

Creating a Retrospective

1. Navigate to Retrospectives.
   1. Expand Teams, then the Retrospectives folder, then select the Retrospectives view.
2. Select the + icon next to Retrospectives.
3. Enter a Name for the Retrospective.
4. Add the appropriate Teams:
   1. To set up an Iteration Retrospective, select one Team.
   2. To set up a Retrospective for a PI Inspect and Adapt event, select all the teams in the ART by holding down the Ctrl or Command key while selecting the team names in the dropdown.
5. Select Add.
