You can log in to Qualtrics Support, Qualtrics Basecamp, or Qualtrics Community sites using your UMN Qualtrics credentials.
Please note that you'll need to have initiated your UMN Qualtrics account before being able to use the instructions below for login.
Logging In
- Navigate to whichever site that you would like to access (i.e., Qualtrics Support, Qualtrics Basecamp, or Qualtrics Community) and select the Login button (typically on the upper right-hand corner of the screen).
- You will be prompted to select a sign in method. Select Qualtrics Credentials, which will take you to an actual login screen.
- On the login screen, select the link at the bottom of the login box that says Sign in with SSO.
- Then, you will be prompted to enter your organization ID.
- Enter umn as your organization ID.
- Select Continue.
- You will then be brought to a UMN branded sign-in page. On the UMN sign-in page, log in using your university internet ID and password.
