Jadu New User: I need both Jadu Central (Forms) and Jadu Connect (Workflow)

Step 1: Attend a Jadu Forms Orientation

The Jadu Forms orientation provides an overview of Jadu Forms (Forms and Workflow). In the orientation you:

  • observe a demo of the tool
  • learn about considerations when choosing Jadu Forms.

The orientation is a requirement for onboarding a new unit or group to the tool. If your unit is already onboarded, new staff members needing access do not need to attend the orientation before submitting an Access Request Form. For more information and to register for a session, go to: Jadu Forms Orientation.

Step 2: Schedule a Jadu Forms Consultation

After attending the orientation, you need to set up a consultation with the Jadu Forms team (one consultation per department).

In the consultation meeting we will review the plans you have for using Jadu Forms, talk about user role assignments and determine your security set up.

To schedule a Jadu Forms consultation, please send an email to: [email protected].

Step 3: Complete the Access Request Form (ARF) for Jadu Central

You need to submit an access request for Jadu Forms. We help you complete the ARF during the consultation.

Step 4: Gain Familiarity with Jadu Central and Build a Form

In order to begin working with Jadu Connect workflows, you must be familiar with some basic Jadu Central functionality. This includes:

  • Creating a form
  • Understanding how Logics work
  • Ensuring your form works by completing thorough testing

Step 5: Attend Jadu Connect Training

Training is mandatory prior to gaining access to Jadu Connect. This Jadu Connect training teaches attendees how to:

  • Setup workflow
  • Create alerts
  • Connect your Jadu Central form to your Jadu Connect workflow

To register for training, go to: Jadu Connect Training.

  1. In TDX, go to Client Portal.
