To get a new Org Tree, requestors will submit a request through the Grouper Access Request Form (ARF).
For an Org tree request, the ARF requires you to provide the name of your CESI unit, which you can look up on the Storage and Hosting Unit Map. (CESI stands for Customer Experience Standardization for Infrastructure).
If you don't see your unit name on the spreadsheet, you'll need to request a new CESI Unit. To do so, submit a New CESI Unit Request. Ultimately, approval is granted through a CESI Authorized Grouper Requestor (AGR).
Once you submit an ARF, a Grouper consultant will help ensure your request is routed through the proper approval process, shown below.
