New CESI Unit Request
If you would like to request a new CESI unit, please submit your request by completing the new CESI unit request form. The request will be reviewed by SRE; approval is required from the SRE Product Owner and additional information may be requested.
Request Storage and Hosting Customer Information Changes
For changes to any of your Storage and Hosting Customer Information and asset ownership, please complete the Storage and Hosting Customer Catalog Change Request Form.
