The Editoria11y module includes a Content Accessibility Issues report which provides a dashboard overview and allows you to export reports.
Note: Users with the Advanced Site Builder role may access this report on Drupal Lite sites. Access will vary on Enterprise sites depending on the permissions set by website administrators.
Accessing the report
- Login to your website.
- In the Admin toolbar, navigate to Reports > Content Accessibility.
Top issues
The top issues section of the report shows the most numerous issues caught by Editoria11y. The report counts the total number of occurrences of the issue, not the number of pages with this issue. You may wish to prioritize the most common issues on your site for remediation and training efforts.
Pages with the most issues
This section shows the pages with the most issues. If any of these are high traffic or particularly important pages on your site, you may wish to prioritize these pages.
Recent issues
This lists the issues by when they were last detected.
Recent dismissals
Recent dismissals show issues that have been selected to be ignored with the Editoria11y widget. It will tell you when it was dismissed and by whom. Clicking the All dismissals button will present a view that includes a trash can button that you can use to reset a dismissal.
Export results
You can download several different types of reports, all in CSV format:
- The summary report shows the number of issues found on each page.
- The issues report shows each single issue and where they are found.
- The dismissals report shows each issue that has been dismissed or ignored in the Editoria11y widget.
