Drupal Labs
For questions that are not urgent, the Drupal support team offers monthly 3 hour Drupal Lab sessions via Zoom. There will be multiple participants and Drupal support team members in the same Zoom meeting, and you do not need to attend the entire 3 hour session. Service Requests
Many routine requests, especially for Enterprise sites, are available through our Drupal support request form. Options include but are not limited to:
- Deploy production code
- Launch a website
- Update Website Ownership
- Decommission website
Technical Support
- If you are experiencing problems with your site and you are not the website administrator, please try contacting your site administrator first.
- If you are the website administrator, you do not know who your site administrator is, or they are unavailable, please contact the OIT Drupal Support Team at [email protected].
- In the case of an emergency outside of business hours (i.e. website down), contact the OIT Service Desk via phone call or chat.
