Support for Teaching with Technology

What I Do

I joined Academic Technology Support Services (ATSS) in October 2025. As a Service Owner, I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance teaching and learning experiences, and actively support and address equitable needs across the institution. Through strategic road-mapping and user-centered design, I am able to help identify and clarify instructional needs and align them with technological capabilities to deliver key initiatives driven by emerging technologies. My core focus is ensuring our services promote pedagogical effectiveness and meet the evolving needs of our academic community.

Background

I bring over a decade of experience working across educational technology and information management. Prior to joining ATSS, I worked with Concordia University Saint Paul, where my time was spent between Academic Technology and the Curriculum and Instruction Center. In these roles, I was deeply involved in system-wide technology planning and implementation, developing faculty support programs, and working with key areas such as AI and assessment strategies. I hold a master's degree in Library and Information Sciences and an associate's degree in Instructional Design. I am currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership; my research is focused on hybrid team behaviors within educational settings. These experiences give me a big-picture view of how technology and information systems can work best for pedagogical goals and institutional efficiency.
