Users represent that they are not named on any U.S. government denied-party list.

Users agree to not access or use the Duo product or services in a U.S. embargoed country without U.S. Government authorization. In the event Users travel to a U.S. embargoed country, Users shall deactivate the Duo services and delete all Duo applications from their devices for the duration of travel within the embargoed country(s). Visit the U.S. Department of the Treasury for information about official U.S. Sanctions Programs and Countries information.

Prior to Traveling 

At least 7 days before you begin your trip to a U.S. embargoed country, contact Technology Help to have your Duo account temporarily suspended.
