Voice and Data Network:  Invoice Details Instructions

 To view invoice details prior to May 2022, please contact [email protected].

 

To view invoice details starting with May 2022, you will first need to be set-up as a Department Coordinator in OIT's voice/data telecommunications system called PCR-360

  1. Email [email protected] with a list of all Department ID's that you want to be a Department Coordinator for
  2. You will receive a monthly email with a PDF attachment that shows all the charges for that month, by EFS chartstring
  3. You have access to the PCR-360 portal which you can access any time at https://pcr.umn.edu/cc

Viewing Invoice Details in the PCR-360 Customer Center Portal

  1. Login to the Portal at https://pcr.umn.edu/cc
  2. Click on Billing then View My Bill
  3. Pick the Bill Date Range that you want to view
  4. To see specific chartstrings, click on the dropdown arrow and pick one.  Or you can type the chartstring in the dropdown box.

Viewing Services in the PCR-360 Customer Center Portal

Services are the phone numbers and data ethernet jacks assigned to your Department ID's.  You can view all these services in a downloadable format, allowing you to sort the data by location, EFS chartstring, Service number, etc.  This report can be used as a tool to "clean-up" your Services by making sure the EFS chartstrings listed are active ones, verifying the Services belong to your Department, and correctly assigning names to the Services so you can easily identify them.

  1. Login to the Portal at https://pcr.umn.edu/cc
  2. Click on "Export to CSV" and choose "All Data"
  3. Once the report runs, save as CVS or XLS
