Drupal

Build and maintain websites.

Overview

Drupal is the official content management system (CMS) of the University of Minnesota. It is an open source content management platform used by many organizations around the world, including institutions of higher education, to build and maintain websites and web applications. The University has a robust list of available Drupal modules for organizing and presenting your web content.

Drupal 8, the newest version of the content management platform, is now available for you to explore.  Drupal 7 and Drupal Lite will continue to be available and supported for the foreseeable future. There is no urgency to move an existing site to Drupal 8. Contact ucm@umn.edu to discuss which version of Drupal will best suit your needs.
