Requirements for Perceptive Content (Web Client)

Security: Experience requires Duo Security Two-Factor Authentication to log in and also requires Virtual Private Network (VPN) while off campus.

Operating System

  • Windows (any modern version)
  • Mac (Note: Web Print and Web Scan not supported)

Web Print and Web Scan

  • Hyland Virtual Printer is a required installation in order to utilize the Web Print and Web Scan functionality
    • If the Hyland Virtual Printer is not available in Software Center, contact Technology Help

Perceptive Content (Desktop Client)

Security: Desktop Client requires Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Duo Security Two-Factor Authentication to log in while on and off campus. 

Desktop Client

  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11. The Perceptive Content desktop client remains a 32-bit application that is capable of running on Windows 10 and 11 64-bit. 
  • Processor: Minimum 2.0 GHz.
  • Screen Resolution: Minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768. A 1280 x 1024 SVGA screen resolution is recommended.
  • Hard Disk Space: 1 GB is required.
  • RAM: 2 GB is required.

Scanning Workstation

For USB scanners, revision 2.0 is recommended. Scan stations require a minimum of 1 GB available disk space and may require more for temporary storage space, depending on scanning volume.
