Exporting Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

To enhance security for the data stored in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the ability to export data extensions is limited to requested and approved users only.

If your business process requires you to export data extensions regularly, you can request the export permission by completing the Data Extension Export Permission Request form. In this form you will need to list the Business Unit(s) you need this permission for and give rationale as to why it is needed, including the frequency of exports.

If you need to export data extensions infrequently and do not need this permission on a regular basis, you can submit a request for the export/download to the SMC Admins by emailing [email protected]. Please include your business unit and where the Data Extension is located in your email.
