Clearspan Call Center Supervisor – ACD and Call Center Video Tutorial
This resource is a video tutorial (36:06) from Clearspan for using the Call Center as a Supervisor user.
It gives a guided tour of the Clearspan client and goes over how to monitor and manage queues and agents, how to run Agent and Call Center reports, how to view the Real-Time Dashboard, and some advanced settings in the Clearspan client.
To navigate to the video tutorial on using the Clearspan Call Center as a Supervisor:
- Navigate to the Clearspan Training page.
- Scroll down to the Clearspan Call Center section.
- Select + Video Tutorials. This opens the accordion item for the Video Tutorials.
- Select 057 Clearspan Call Center Supervisor – ACD and Call Center. A pop-up of the video appears.
- Press play on the video to watch the tutorial.
