If you are a supervisor, you are able to view and manage the training plans and view the My Training page for your direct reports.
If an employee has a secondary job and wants or needs to grant access to the supervisor for the secondary job, they will need to delegate access to that person.
Anyone can grant delegate access to manage their My Training to an employee, so you might have access to Manage Other Learners even if you aren't a supervisor.
View Training Plans and My Training
Visit Training Hub and log in. Select Manage Other Learners in the main navigation bar.

If you do not see Manage Other Learners in the main navigation bar, then you do not have access to anyone's training.
Manage Other Learners
If you are a supervisor, there are two tables on the Manage Other Learners page:
- Manage My Direct Reports
- Manage Learners Who Have Given You Access
If you are not a supervisor, there will only be one table:
- Manage Learners Who Have Given You Access
Manage Learner Training
In the Actions column of either table, select Manage associated with the person. The person's training page is displayed.

Use the tabs attached to the table to view different aspects of the person's training.
- Current Training.
- This will display the currently enrolled courses.
- Past Training.
- This displays the courses that are no longer active. These courses are completed, withdrawn, or cancelled.
- Manage Training Plans.
- This displays any Training Plans the person has created. It will include draft, active, and archived Training Plans.
- Courses Assigned by Training Plans.
- This displays any courses that were assigned by a Training Plan.
