Technology Help: Find Your Assigned Assets

You can find University-managed devices and some software assigned to you by checking the TeamDynamix (TDX) Client Portal. You can also view additional information about your device like the product model and warranty expiration date.

Locating Your Assigned Assets in TDX

  1. Log in to TeamDynamix Client Portal.
  2. Click on Sign In in the top right.

  3. You are redirected to the University sign in page. Sign in using your internet ID and password.
  4. Click on your name in the upper right corner, then select My Profile.
    Your name is selected and a dropdown opens. The option "My Profile" is selected
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, your assets are listed in the My Assets section. 
    • Clicking on an asset's hyperlink will display even more information about the device.
