Targetprocess: Share Filtered Views with Others

Audience: All Targetprocess users

You can set and share specific filtered Views with others in Targetprocess.

Sharing a Filtered View

To set and share a filtered view:

1. Navigate to the View you wish to share.
2. Set your filters how you want them.
   • Common filters: Selecting a Team, Team Iteration, State, Feature
3. Select Actions in the upper right corner.
4. Select Copy Link.
   
5. The URL to that filtered view will be copied to your clipboard and you can send that URL to other Targetprocess users via email, Slack, or other means.
