Teams establish PI Objectives during PI Planning to help focus and drive work, as well as to communicate goals to Product Owners and Product Managers.
Teams should review their Objectives throughout the PI to ensure they are meeting the business value defined by the Product Manager.
Reviewing PI Objectives
- Navigate to Objectives & Goals.
- Expand Teams, then Team Overview, then select Objectives & Goals.
- Use the Team filter to show the appropriate Team, if not already selected.
- Review PI Objectives.
