As Stories move through the workflow, their State changes.
- Navigate to Team Kanban.
- Expand Teams, then Team Overview, then select Team Kanban from the left navigation menu.
- If necessary, use the Team filter to show the appropriate Team.
- Select and drag the Story to the appropriate State.
Note: The State can also be managed within the Story details.
Definitions of Story States
- To Do - Work is planned into an Iteration but has not yet started.
- In Progress - Work has started.
- Blocked - Work that cannot move forward until a blocker is removed.
- In Test / Review - Work that is awaiting testing or review by an individual/team.
- Done - Work has been completed.
- Canceled - Work that is not completed and is no longer needed.
