When a Feature is being worked on and/or completed, it can be moved through the workflow.
Moving Features Through the Workflow
- Navigate to ART Kanban.
- Expand ARTs, then ART Overview, then select ART Kanban.
- Select and drag the Feature to the appropriate State.
Note: The State can also be managed within the Feature details
Definitions of Feature States
- Funnel - Potential work that needs to be prioritized for further analysis.
- Analyzing - Work that is being refined for inclusion in a future PI.
- Backlog - Work that has been refined and is ready to move forward.
- Planned - Work that has been scheduled to take place during a specific PI by the assigned team. This usually occurs during PI planning.
- In Progress - Work has started.
- Done - Work has been completed.
- Canceled - Work that is not completed and no longer needed.
