Programmed Feature Buttons - Abbreviated Dial (ABVD)

This article describes how to use the Abbreviated Dial feature on phones commonly found on campus.

This feature creates a personal speed dial directory of frequently called internal or external numbers. It also assigns each frequently called number either a 1 or 2-digit reference code (from [0] - [9] or [0] [0] - [9] [9]) depending on the phone's class of service.
