Polycom SoundStation2: Conference a Call

Use the phone system Conference feature to place a three-way conference call.

Placing a Three-Way Conference Call

1. Start a call with Polycom SoundStation2.
2. Press the Conference button . Places the first call on hold.
3. Dial the number and connect with the second party.
4. Press the Conference button. This will merge the three calls.

Conferencing an Incoming Second Call

If you are on a call when another call is received, you will hear a call waiting tone.

1. Press the Conference button  to answer the incoming call. The first call will be automatically placed on hold.
2. Press the Conference button again to join the second call to the first. 
3. Press the CANCEL soft key to cancel the call.

NOTE: The call waiting feature may not be available on your telephone line. Call 1HELP at 612-301-4357 to find out if your extension has the call waiting feature.
