Known Error: Perceptive Experience Workflow documents not appearing
When you log into Perceptive Experience (formerly known as WebNow) and navigate to Workflows, documents may sometimes not appear in the list upon visiting the page. To forcibly load the documents in a given Workflow, you can perform an "empty" search in the search-box at the top of the page. This will show all documents appropriately.
Performing an Empty Search in Perceptive Experience
- Log in to Perceptive Experience
- Navigate to Workflow
- Click the Search button
- Documents should load in the main viewing area
The vendor is aware of the issue, and the Perceptive Content engineering team is working to resolve the problem.
