Once you've finalized your homepage changes, it's time to make them live. The publishing process includes an approval step, but with self-approval enabled, you can publish immediately without waiting for outside action. Follow the steps below to submit, approve, and share your homepage with users.
Publishing and Self-Approval Steps
- Open your saved homepage in the homepage designer.
- Select the Submit button to start the approval process.

- In the Send for Approval modal, you can add notes about your change in the Note to reviewer (optional) field. These notes will be visible in the homepages's revision history.

- Select the Send for Approval button to proceed with publishing.
- After submitting for approval, a Content Pending Approval banner will appear at the top of your homepage designer.

- Choose Approve & Publish to make your changes live or Reject if you decide not to publish yet.
- If you select Approve & Publish, your homepage changes will be published immediately and available to users.

- If you select Reject the changes will be canceled, and your homepage will remain in its saved state.

- If you select Approve & Publish, your homepage changes will be published immediately and available to users.
Sharing the Link to Your Homepage
- Go to the Actions menu and select View Live. This will open your live homepage.
- Copy the URL to share or put behind a Zlink.
