Jadu Dashboard: Publish a Dashboard Homepage

Once you've finalized your homepage changes, it's time to make them live. The publishing process includes an approval step, but with self-approval enabled, you can publish immediately without waiting for outside action. Follow the steps below to submit, approve, and share your homepage with users.

Publishing and Self-Approval Steps

  1. Open your saved homepage in the homepage designer.
  2. Select the Submit button to start the approval process.

  3. In the Send for Approval modal, you can add notes about your change in the Note to reviewer (optional) field. These notes will be visible in the homepages's revision history.

  4. Select the Send for Approval button to proceed with publishing.
  5.  After submitting for approval, a Content Pending Approval banner will appear at the top of your homepage designer.Jadu Dashboard Content Pending Approval banner highlighted with options Approve & Publish, Reject.
  6. Choose Approve & Publish to make your changes live or Reject if you decide not to publish yet.
    1. If you select Approve & Publish, your homepage changes will be published immediately and available to users.Jadu Dashboard Approve Content - Approve & publish
    2. If you select Reject the changes will be canceled, and your homepage will remain in its saved state.

Sharing the Link to Your Homepage

  1. Go to the Actions menu and select View Live. This will open your live homepage.

  2. Copy the URL to share or put behind a Zlink.
