Jadu Connect provides a way to export data to a CSV file, and choose which cases and fields to include.
Run the Data Export
Note: In order to follow the steps below, a case list filter must be created.
- Select an existing filter or create a new case list filter.
- Choose the filter you want to export by selecting the title. The active filter will display as underlined.
- Next, select the Actions menu and select Export as CSV.
- Choose which columns should be included in the CSV file and then select Export.
- Export with all columns - this will export all columns available under the Columns menu, even if the field is not in use on the case type.
- Export with currently displayed columns - this will only include columns that are visible in the filter.
- Select Close on the confirmation window.
- An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to download the CSV file.
Note: The download requires a Jadu Connect account and can only be downloaded by the person who ran the export.
