You can create subfolders in your managed folder to further organize your groups.
- Select My folders in the Quick links section of the left navigation.
- Select the Folders I Manage tab.
- Select the folder where you want to create a subfolder. The folder information is displayed.
- Select the More Actions button in the top right. The drop-down menu expands displaying all available actions.
- Select Create new folder. The New Folder window is displayed.
- Verify that the correct folder is displayed in the Create In This Folder.
- Enter a Folder Name.
- The Folder ID is automatically entered. It is recommended that this not be changed.
- Enter a detailed Description of the purpose of the folder and what it will contain. This is useful if there are other admins for the folder.
- Select Save. The folder is created and the folder information is displayed.
- Select Create new folder. The New Folder window is displayed.
