Use the digital content plan template. if you need to communicate about a changing, new, or retiring technology or service.

The template comes pre-populated with suggested digital content communications and meetings. All content in the plan should be reviewed and potentially revised depending on the digital content needs of the project.

Using the Digital Content Plan Template

1. Access the digital content plan template.
2. Fill in the information in row 1.
   • Note: The Date of Change field determines the Days Until Change.
3. Add and edit digital content and communication items that are needed leading up to the change.
