Many Canvas courses have content or activities that are hosted on another website. For example, an online training module or an integration with Google. These external resources often need to be able to communicate back to Canvas about the progress of the learner.
The default behavior for the Safari web browser is to block this type of traffic. If you are using Safari, you must allow this traffic for Canvas to be able to record the completion of the module or activity. This must be done before you begin.
