Participate in technology pilots, discover emerging practices, and explore how others have integrated them into their classes.
Emerging technologies create new opportunities to evolve our academic technology environment and academic practice. Academic technologists facilitate the exploration of new and emerging technologies with faculty and staff in order to understand the value of emerging technologies, highlight areas of innovation at the University and externally, and provide evidence-based recommendations for advancing select technologies to enterprise-level delivery.
- Pilot test emerging technologies with faculty and staff partners.
- Aggregate and disseminate evidence-based recommendations for advancing select technologies both for more widespread use as well as possible enterprise-level delivery.
- Disseminate results of academic technology innovations.
