Technology service and solution guidance for technologists and IT decision makers
Overview
Atlas is an interactive representation of the University's distributed but highly-integrated information technology (IT) business management function. The data it contains helps the University IT community provide well-coordinated IT services and technologies to University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff. Content in Atlas is written by technologists for technologists and all IT staff are encouraged to participate.
Atlas migrated from it.umn.edu to a dedicated Drupal site on June 8, 2022.
Highlights
Altas includes:
- The Service Portfolio, which provides a view of the IT services delivered at the University of Minnesota
- The Technology Portfolio, which includes an inventory of technology solutions associated with services and insight into software used across the institution
- IT@UMN, which includes resources designed to help technologists and IT decision makers work effectively together
Getting Started
Anyone with a University of Minnesota Internet ID and password can sign in to Atlas.
IT service providers and staff are encouraged to request access to contribute content by selecting Request Service on the Atlas Request page in TeamDynamix.
