Each University of Minnesota business unit that uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud has designated a key person.
If you already use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and you want access to another business unit, email your request to that business unit's Salesforce Marketing Cloud key contact, and cc [email protected].
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud key contact for that business unit will approve or reject your request.
If you are a Salesforce Marketing Cloud key contact who wants to request access to your own business unit for another Salesforce Marketing Cloud user, send an email to [email protected] with the name and email address of the user along with the business unit for which their access is requested.
