Sometimes Zoom meeting links stop working on recurring meetings. You can easily remove and recreate a Zoom meeting link in Google Calendar to ensure your Zoom events run smoothly.
Remove a Zoom calendar event
- Open Google Calendar.
- Select the event that needs to be updated.
- Select Edit event (the pencil icon).
- Next to Zoom Meeting, select Remove conference (the X icon).
- Select Add video conferencing
- Skip over Restore Zoom Meeting and select Zoom Meeting
- Select Save.
- If this is part of a recurring meeting, choose This and following events.
- If desired, send an update to users.
