Learn how to efficiently resolve duplicate tickets created in TeamDynamix. This article provides instructions on how to filter tickets and make mass updates to the selected tickets.

Mass Action to Update Status of Duplicate Tickets
- Go to TeamDynamix.
- Click on Users to log in.
- Go to U of M Tickets
- In the ID/Search box, select the Search icon (magnifying glass). A list of tickets will appear.

- Select the Filter button.
- Customize and filter out the types of tickets you are looking for. Once completed, select the Apply button. The page will refresh and display the newly filtered tickets.

- Select the Checkbox of tickets you want to take mass action on.You can individually select the tickets, or if you'd like to select all the tickets, click on the Checkbox located to the left of the ID box.

- Expand the Actions menu, then select Update. The Update Multiple Tickets window pops out from the right.
- Select the Status you want to apply to all tickets you previously selected.

Note: Before saving, review your updates - all status changes, comments, and other updates made on this page will be applied to all the tickets you previously selected. - In the Comments field,enter a reason for the change of status for the tickets. This is a required field.
- Select Save to save all changes.
