TDX Approvers: Find and Approve Your Requests in TDClient

A person who is designated as an approver in TeamDynamix (TDX) can use either of two methods in this article to approve or reject an Access Request Form (ARF).

Option 1: Using the TDX-Generated Email Link

When a request requires your approval, you will receive a TDX system-generated email. This email will come from TeamDynamix ([email protected]), and wil linclude "Approval Requested" in the subject line. You may need to check your Spam folder, Trash, or All Mail if you have existing spam filters that are removing these messages from your Inbox.

  1. Open the TDX system-generated email, which will include a summary of the request details.
  2. Use the first link in the email to review the request. The link text will match the name of the request form. The request details page opens in TeamDynamix.
