Training Hub course section completions can be transferred from one Internet account to another. A request must be made to the Training Hub Site Administrators via [email protected]
Use Case:
A person has or had an affiliated Internet account, for example, a Guest, Sponsored, or Friend account, and completed some course sections.
The person now has a Staff or Student account, and would like to have the completions reflected on their Training Hub transcript.
Rules
- The accounts must be associated with the same person.
- Transfers cannot be made from a Department or Functional account to a person's account.
- This is a "point-in-time" action. If course sections are completed afterwards on the affiliated account, they will not be automatically transferred: a new request would need to be made to transfer the new completions.
Initiating the transfer
Send an email to [email protected] and include:
- The Internet ID or Email address for the account that has the completions that you want transferred.
- The Internet ID or Email address for the account that will receive the transferred completions.
