Students, instructors, and staff can use printers and scanners in centrally-managed computer labs.

  • Color printing available in some locations.

Refund Policy

When a customer pays for a print and the print job fails due to printer error, we will work with the customer to reprint the job at no charge. To help accommodate this, the customer must provide the file to service desk staff found at one of the following locations

Technology Walk-In Location

  • Blegen Hall room 90
  • St Paul Stundent Center room 4

Public Computer Lab

We are not able to provide cash refunds due to University U Card policy: "Gopher GOLD Value is not cash refundable and does not transfer between University of Minnesota coordinate campuses."

Troubleshooting Print Problems with PDFs

The majority of the printing problems that we encounter occur when printing PDFs. If you encounter this problem, try printing your PDF as an image. If you have any questions about this or need additional help, please bring your file to one of the technology help walk-in locations.
