The UMN Qualtrics Brand Administrators are a group of individuals at the University who are your point of contact for questions related to account set-up and management of UMN Qualtrics users. The Qualtrics Brand Administrators can help you with:

  • Questions related to your UMN Qualtrics account set-up and management
  • Requests related to the creation and management of Qualtrics user groups
  • Requesting access to specific Qualtrics features (e.g., Qualtrics API, SMS distributions) 
  • Reporting & investigation of Qualtrics bugs or technical issues
  • Qualtrics questions you are having a hard time finding the answers to
