Qualtrics: Contacting the Qualtrics Support Center

If you have questions about accounts, access, groups, ownership changes, or availability of features on the University instance of Qualtrics, contact Technology Help. For any other Qualtrics questions, contact the Qualtrics Support Center using one of the following options:

Phone Support

For Qualtrics support call 1-800-340-9194.

Notes for your call:

  • Say that you have a support question
  • Provide your Qualtrics UMN username to the consultant: InternetID#umn
  • Request a follow-up email with your ticket number from Qualtrics Support

Chat or Email Support

  1. Go to Qualtrics Help using one of the options below:
    1. Within Qualtrics, select Help in the Qualtrics toolbar, then Contact Support in the Help window that appears.

    2.  Go directly to the Qualtrics Support Center, https://www.qualtrics.com/support-center/
  2. Select Sign in with SSO below the Sign In button.

  3. In the Organization ID box, enter umn.

  4. Select Continue. (If you aren't already logged in, you will be redirected to the UofM login screen first.)
  5. You will be asked to choose your question. If none of the options match your question, select I have a different support requestA list of Qualtrics products will appear.

  6. Select Survey Platform from What area of the Qualtrics product are you using? from the drop-down menu.

  7. Choose Chat or Email.

View Qualtrics Basecamp Training

  1. Go to  https://basecamp.qualtrics.com/.
  2. Click LOG IN in the upper right corner.

  4. In the Organization ID box, enter umn.
