Qualtrics Phone, Chat or Email Support
- Go to Qualtrics Help using one of the options below:
- Within Qualtrics, select Help in the Qualtrics toolbar, then Contact Support in the Help window that appears.
- https://www.qualtrics.com/support-center/ Go directly to the Qualtrics Support Center,
- Within Qualtrics, select Help in the Qualtrics toolbar, then Contact Support in the Help window that appears.
- Select Sign in with SSO below the Sign In button.
- In the Organization ID box, enter umn.
- Select Continue. (If you aren't already logged in, you will be redirected to the UofM login screen first.)
- You will be asked to choose your question. If none of the options match your question, select I have a different support request. A list of Qualtrics products will appear.
- Select Survey Platform from What area of the Qualtrics product are you using? from the drop-down menu.
- Choose Chat or Email.
