- Go to Qualtrics Help using one of the options below:
- Within Qualtrics,
- Select the question mark ? in the top right Qualtrics toolbar
- Then select Contact Support at the bottom of the drop down window that appears.
- https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/ Go directly to the Qualtrics Support Center,
- Within Qualtrics,
- Select Sign in with SSO below the Sign In button.
- In the Organization ID box, enter umn.
- Select Continue. (If you aren't already logged in, you will be redirected to the UofM login screen first.)
- Select the tile for Get Technical Support under the How can we help you? section.
- Select Survey Platform from Select a product area to see its available contact methods section.
- Scroll down and choose Live Chat or Email.
