Focus Groups

Focus groups help you generate ideas by listening to your current and prospective users discuss their experiences and expectations with one another. Focus groups can provide:

  • Explanations about user values and preferences that can clarify the analytics/surveys you have already

  • Feedback about problems or issues with an existing design or feature

  • Feedback about interaction with a service

  • Reaction to an idea for a feature, application or service

  • Reaction to the look of a design

  • Generation and brainstorming of ideas for new functions or improvements
